Returns Policy
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
You have the right to return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. Return requests after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a refund, make sure the items you wish to return are in their original condition and their original packaging.
Not refundable
- Due to the fragile nature of the material, marble products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized products such as solid wood pieces that are ”made-to-order” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Special orders such as customized sketches and digital prints cannot be altered or returned once the order is placed.
- Furniture with specific material such as stratificato HPL cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and issues
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, we will provide you with an exchange/refund for items only where photographic evidence has been provided of the broken item.
If you wish to return an item, email us at info@celineteyrouz.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will guide you through the process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that you will have to cover the shipping costs for the return and delivery charges.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders between 55$ and 200$.
Domestic Delivery – Lebanon
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Packages may be subject to delays during the Holidays. Please make sure to place your orders ahead of time.
Due to the unstable economic situation, delivery charges could change without prior notice. Also, note that heavy objects or furniture over 10 kg incur an additional charge.
International Shipping
The shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page.
Packages may experience delays. The shipping company takes every effort to ensure a swift and smooth delivery but does not take responsibility for any delays that affect shipping carriers.

Heavy objects or furniture over 10 kg incur an additional charge. Prices may vary in different countries due to the increased cost of delivery. See each item’s product detail page for product lead time and shipping service.
From the first payment date, we do our best to meet the delivery date but in case of any force majeure (any event beyond CELINETEYROUZ SAL’s control, including strikes, interruptions in the supply of services, and shortages of materials), CELINETEYROUZ SAL will not be responsible for any delays that might occur.
